| Wedding Contract Agreement By The Photographer and Bride & Groom |
| All Finished Order Wedding Products: Will be Cropped & Centered and Digitally Retouched and Centered |
| The Proof Book are not considered a Finish Product |
| It is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to check with Church if Flash Photography is allowed |
| Extensive retouching will be additional cost. |
| Travel outside the immediate area will incur traveling expenses. |
| The Bride & Groom are responsible to provide the photographer with a list of special photos desired prior to the Wedding |
| Please allowed Four to Six weeks delivery on all Wedding Orders |
| Photographer will not be responsible for incidents beyond our control |
| You have Three Business Days to cancel the contract or forfeit your deposit |
| You have Five Business days after receiving the completed product to notify the Studio of any dissatisfaction finished products |
| The Studio will make every reasonable effort to satisfy your complaints. However should the unforeseen at our discretion refund only up to the contract cost of the contract |
| The final payment is due the day of the ceremony or an interest charge of 18 percent per day will incur |
| Returned checks will incur a fee of $30.00 plus additional banking & attorney fees applicable |
| Rush Wedding Photography Orders will occur a 300 percent rush charge no exceptions will be made on this request by customer. |
| Bride & Groom must provide a Wedding List to the Photographer the same day of the Wedding of selective photos chosen by the Bride & Groom. The Studio will not be responsible for photos not taken at the Wedding. |
| Bride & Groom have a 15 days period to review all photos for correction on the final product after this point the lab will not make any other correction after that period of time. The Bride & Groom will be responsible for charges on any correction need to be made. |
